Staying at Jackson’s Falls Country Inn is like coming home, every time.
Settle into its rustic, casual and cozy embrace as you leave behind your busy life and escape into the intimate countryside of Milford, in the heart of Prince Edward County. Experience the fusion of European and First Nations cultures in the dining room and décor. Allow yourself to unwind and indulge, courtesy of proprietor and innkeeper Lee Arden Lewis and her gracious staff.
Jackson Falls Country Inn was established in 1870 as a one-room public school house, now renovated into a dining room, bar and guest lounge. Enjoy local wines and craft beer on tap while you indulge your senses with indigenous wild foods, mindfully prepared by our culinary team. Looking up, you will see our installation of the canoe prop from the award-winning Jim Jarmusch movie “Dead Man,” which features our friend, native actor Gary Farmer co-starring alongside Johnny Depp.
Nine unique guest rooms surround the Public (school) House, with the self-contained Coach House just steps away along the garden path. It is the perfect venue for small events and corporate retreats.
Arrange a night out of fine dining and live entertainment. Lee really knows how to dish up the talent with a generous side of local vibe.

"...From the superb wine and beer and bar selections overseen by Astrid to the excellent local cuisine created by Darcy to the extraordinary hospitality Lee and Meghan extend, we spent hours each evening totally relaxed and intrigued by the whole scene. A revolving cast of local winemakers, beer makers, farmers and notable locals call this place home and it is obvious why.
Do yourself a big favour and take some time to experience
this wonderful spot in the County!
Congratulations Lee and team on creating such a great setting!
